Knollwood Beach Association - About Us

Knollwood Beach Association was incorporated in 1929. Today, the Association encompasses over 350 homes, most of which are full-time residences. Homeowners enjoy amenities including the beach with a pier and walkway, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, youth baseball field, and playground complete with a playset and sandbox. Annual events include tag sale, 4th of July golf cart parade, and beach party.

The Association is administered by an Executive Board, which meets monthly.

2026-2027 beach passes (bracelets) and parking permits can be picked up at the clubhouse on Saturday, April 18th between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. There are 2 passes and 2 permits per property address. Please note that there will be other dates for picking up passes and permits in the upcoming months.
