Knollwood Beach Association - About Us
Knollwood Beach Association was incorporated in 1929. Today, the Association encompasses over 350 homes, most of which are full-time residences. Homeowners enjoy amenities including the beach with a pier and walkway, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, youth baseball field, and playground complete with a playset and sandbox. Annual events include tag sale, 4th of July golf cart parade, and beach party.
The Association is administered by an Executive Board, which meets monthly.

Reservations for renting the clubhouse during 2025 will begin on March 1. Residents interested in renting can download all the necessary documents from the "Clubhouse" page in the Resident Portal. A signed application, a check for $100 for the non-refundable "maintenance fee", and proof of event insurance are required,
Applications for the storing watercraft on racks at the beach will also start being considered on March 1. That application is on the "KBA Documents" page in the Resident Portal.
