The annual KBA Budget meeting date has been changed to Saturday, June 6th.
Residents can order KBA apparel at the clubhouse on Saturday, June 6th at the Annual Budget Meeting. Click on "Apparel" at the top of the website to see all the apparel options.
KBA residents can pick up 2026-2027 beach passes (bracelets) and parking permits (2 passes and 2 permits per property address) from beach attendants. They can also be picked up Saturday (June 6th) at the clubhouse after the Budget Meeting.
Beach passes (bracelets) are required for playing on the KBA tennis/pickleball court. A KBA resident must be part of a party playing on the court. Court time can be reserved. Beach attendants will be monitoring the court for passes while checking for parking permits.
Please note that residents, as well as relatives and friends of property owners, wishing to access the KBA beach must show a beach pass (bracelet) to an attendant. Only one beach pass is required for a party of people accessing the beach. This requirement to show a beach pass is necessary because many of the beach attendants are new and would not personally know long-term residents, renters, or visitors. It is the responsibility of a beach goer to get a beach pass from a property owner.
Applications for renting the clubhouse and for storing watercraft on racks at the beach during 2026 will begin on March 15:
