Knollwood Beach Association - About Us

Knollwood Beach Association was incorporated in 1929. Today, the Association encompasses over 350 homes, most of which are full-time residences. Homeowners enjoy amenities including the beach with a pier and walkway, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, youth baseball field, and playground complete with a playset and sandbox. Annual events include tag sale, 4th of July golf cart parade, and beach party.

The Association is administered by an Executive Board, which meets monthly.

Applications for renting the clubhouse and for storing watercraft on racks at the beach during 2026 will begin on March 15: 

Old Saybrook (OS) residents can vote on March 31, 12-8 pm at the OS High School on a referendum for the Town to acquire the Dock and Dine site in exchange for transferring the title to the Vicki Duffy Pavilion and leasing the land under and around it to Dock6, LLC.
